How to Calculate your BMI

Assalamualaikum...
Hi all..

I just had my lunch..
A very big hamburger, fries and a coke

Guess what...
I felt bad!!
(bersalah sangat rasa sebab makan banyak.... huhuhu..)

i think i do need to loose some weight since i started to feel a bit heavy nowadays.. haha...

What is BMI??

  BMI = Body Mass Index  

BMI provided a simple numeric measure of a person's "fatness" or "thinness", allowing health professionals to discuss over- and under-weight problems more objectively with their patients

That means BMI is to measure human body fat based on an individual's weight and height 


The formula is very simple.. its just a simple maths...

What you have to do is to know your weight and your height

well im done... Yes... I am still under normal weight..

But i guess i do have to beware and pay extra caution when eating since i cant gain few more kilos' or else!
